This was the highlight of my day today... Usually I have somewhere to drive when on lunch from work, and I turn on Q101, and listen to Electra's "Last Letter Game" segment, which is basically like this thread, but with song titles. I was headed back to work when she needed a "Y" song, so I decided to text one to her (first time I have even requested a song on the radio in over 10 years). She texts me back, we chat for a bit and she plays my request and gives the shout out live. It was completely unexpected, and I'm sure no one but me listening gives 2 shakes of a sagging tit, but it was still cool.
My text sparked her interest because I still haven't changed my phone number after moving, so she was curious about the southwest area code. "Your Woman" by White Town is what I had requested. Awesome 90's song.
